Creates a single base for planning, budgeting and cost control.<\/p>\n
Participates in the contractor’s development and approval of the construction work schedule.<\/p>\n
Monitors the contractor’s compliance with the work schedule.<\/p>\n
Checks the KB-3 form “Certificate on the cost of completed construction works and expenses” and informs the customer about the possibility of making calculations for the completed works.<\/p>\n
Monitors the fulfillment of the terms of the contract in terms of costs and compliance with approved financing schedules and estimated cost.<\/p>\n
