The customer service evaluates design tenders; advises the customer on the procedure for determining the tender winner; provides recommendations for evaluating options for the developed project proposed by the designer; analyzes project solutions; ensures timely coordination of the activities of the customer, the contractor and the project organization in terms of making appropriate changes to the project documentation or developing additional drawings, the need for which arose during the implementation of the project; verifies the compliance of completed construction works, structures, applied products, materials and equipment with design decisions, requirements of state standards, construction norms and rules; verifies and endorses acts of completed works for transfer to the customer; promptly informs the customer and the general designer about all deviations and inconsistencies; analyzes facts and identifies problems; represents the interests of the customer at all stages of project implementation.<\/p>\n
Also, the customer’s service receives project documentation from the developer, analyzes project solutions and the quality of their implementation. Ensures the transfer of project documentation to the contractor; carries out control over the development by the contractor of the project of execution of works (PEW), technological maps for individual processes in the event that such processes are not reflected in the PEW; performs an analysis of technical solutions and provides the customer with proposals for their optimization through the use of alternative technologies, materials, construction products in compliance with the basic requirements for basic buildings and structures; performs an analysis of the relevance of project documentation during construction works and ensures timely introduction of appropriate changes to project documentation and development of additional drawings that may be necessary during construction works.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
