These tasks involve defining goals and parameters of interaction between works and project participants, resource allocation, and selection and adoption of organizational, economic, and technological decisions to achieve the set goal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The general project implementation schedule is developed on the basis of calendar schedules. To determine the optimal duration of construction, both for the complex of objects as a whole, their sequence and start-up complexes, as well as for individual buildings and structures; determining the scope, composition, sequence and deadlines for the preparatory period and construction and installation works of the main period, establishing the deadlines for the development of design and estimate documentation and the receipt of equipment; determination of the amount of capital investments and the amount of work by construction periods, the development of calendar plans and grid schedules are agreed with the consultant engineer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Also, the project of execution of works (PEW) is agreed with the consultant engineer, in which the sequence and terms of execution of construction, assembly and special construction works and their coordination in time during the construction of a separate house (building) are established. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Work schedules, delivery of materials, equipment, labor supply, etc. are subject to control. as well as measures related to the performance of works. For the effectiveness of control, a system of reports on the progress of work, a system of preventive measures, assessment of labor productivity and a decision-making mechanism for timely introduction of the necessary corrections to the project being implemented should be created.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The main indicator of project implementation is also its price.
