The customer service team includes technical supervision engineers and quality control engineers. Technical supervision is responsible for monitoring the compliance of project decisions with the requirements of state standards, building codes and regulations, as well as monitoring the quality and volume of work performed during construction. In their work, technical supervision engineers are guided by Resolution No. 903 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other regulatory documents in the field of construction.
The main functions entrusted to technical supervision engineers: conducting inspections of the availability of documents that confirm the quality characteristics of structures, products, materials and equipment used during the construction of object, technical passports, certificates, documents, that -space”> display the results of laboratory tests; carrying out inspections of the compliance of the volumes and quality of the construction works with the project documentation; conducting inspections of the contractor’s execution of instructions and prescriptions issued as a result of technical supervision, the state architectural and construction control and state supervision; keeping a register of volumes of construction works accepted and paid for by the customer, as well as construction works performed with defects; carrying out, together with the contractor, an inspection and evaluation of the results of the completed works, including hidden and structural elements; providing notifications to the contractor about the non-compliance of products, materials and equipment with the requirements of regulatory documents; participation in the inspection by the state supervision bodies and architectural and construction control; stoppage of work in the event of the contractor’s use of materials, parts, structures and products that do not meet the requirements of regulatory documents; stopping the execution of construction and assembly works in case of detection of excessive deformation of the object or the threat of collapse of structures and taking urgent measures to prevent the occurrence of an accident; carries out checks and signs the “Act of Acceptance of Completed Contract Works” (KB-2b forms) in terms of volume and quality; photo and video recording of construction works; maintaining a register of documentation provided for in the contract; ensuring the storage of original guarantees and certificates of conformity for materials, equipment, and facilities; control of the contractor’s management of executive documentation at the facility.
